Self-Worth and Self-Doubts
If you have an urge to create something, get something done or feel that something is missing that you need; you set out to attract it.
It can be called selective perception. You see what you want to see.
What is on the top of your mind?
The car, something that your business needs, perhaps something that you want to put into existence.
The urge within is like birthing.
There is pain, there is bliss, and there is a lot of confusion.
The ego mind creates these misunderstandings.
Many questions and many doubts.
Do I need it?
Do I deserve it?
Will I get it?
Has anyone done this before?
Am I ready for the change?
Many questions and convulsions.
These vines of thought can grow into a wild jungle if not attended.
Without clarity, it leads to paralysis by analysis.
Without the light to guide you, you will keep wandering in the abyss of darkness, shooting for the aim in the dark.
It is not about what, why and how you want what you want.
There is more to this inner quest that is beyond understanding.
But the answer to this array of questions, doubts, and inconclusiveness lies in the crux of complexity.
The attempt to understand it is very simple.
Be aware.

It is the outcome of self-doubt that we call what we want a “want”.
I want to be rich.
I want to be famous.
I want to have these many followers on social media.
I want, I want, I want.
Have we ever searched what the “I” in the I want is?
Where does this come from? and who is this I ask for what it wants.
We travel all over the world for the answers we need, but we never stop to ask ourselves what we need to do and where the urge to do comes from.
What does it mean to desire?
And what makes this desire particular?
Why not anything else?
The intensity of your desire to get what you want is so much that you turn blind to everything else in the world.
What is desire? And why is it clouded with doubts?

We were taught to look for the answers in the books.
To trust the elderly as a source of information.
It must have been a good idea for hunters and gathers, to gather information from the elder generation.
To draw inspiration from their experience.
Because the pace of evolution is slow. Nothing changes in a lifetime in terms of evolution.
Modern humans are living in a premise which is unfamiliar to evolution.
The man who evolved to kill a mammoth is trying to answer the elephant in the room.
He has barely kept up with the revolution ever since he started farming and settled down with families and communities instead of wandering in search of food and shelter.
This world is fairly new in terms of the evolution of man.
And he is trying to find the answers to the innermost questions in the world he barely understands.

We live in the most beautiful era of human evolution.
There is ample food and means of pleasure.
Pleasures more than we can ask for. It is no longer a question of barely surviving.
We have more than enough.
And yet what do we have an urge for more?
A sense of incompleteness and a lost sense of belonging.
Are we aliens or something? I don’t know.
But even if we are, we are living on this planet and the answers to our questions are not written on a stone on Mars.
What we have to find is found here. Right now, in the very moment.
∗ ∗ ∗
We resort to external stimuli because it is easy.
It is easy to blame someone else, something out of your sphere of influence for misfortunes and wrongdoings.
No matter who we elect as our leader, he bears the cross of blame for the public.
Is courageous to look within for answers.
Very few have the heart to gather the courage and take a plunge within.
Blame yourself, accept the situation and see what’s going wrong.
If it is happening to you, it is happening because of you.
You are the centre of the happening of your life.
Come towards yourself, so that you can inspect your inner workings of mind.
Get acquainted with the one that is one with everyone and calls you “I”.
Close your eyes and find out the reason, what you want; and yet it feels like you don’t want it yet.
Duality.
∗ ∗ ∗
Your inner voice tells you to create something beautiful.
And your self-doubt pulls you back.
The core within connects you will someone and falls in love.
Your low self-worth brings you down.
Which of these conditions is true?
The answer is very simple, the urge that knocks from within is true.
The restricting beliefs that pull you down are false, and rudimentary.
Never trade your dreams for the noise in your head.
Always follow your heart and the voice within.
Once you are aware of this, you will automatically override the false alarms of your mind.
∗ ∗ ∗
The need for reference to context and the need for someone’s approval will subside.
Listening to your own voice, you will do things because it comes naturally to you. Effortless.
No one will be there to guard your moves and watch your steps.
Not even you.
As you will disappear into the doing itself.
What is needed from you in this world will be a spontaneous response from you to give.
What is required to give will be given to you at the right moment and right time.
You will no longer long for belonging.
You will belong to yourself, your doing will complement what you are.
You will love and approve of yourself.
∗ ∗ ∗
Get rid of the limiting beliefs.
Get rid of the people, faith and whatsoever that stands between you and yourself.
Let your being be one with the universe within.
Let go of yourself and create with the benevolent force of good.
Your creation will not have a name, it won’t even bear the label of your name.
As you have done nothing. Not even thinking.
And things happen naturally.
You are a mere medium of decorating the beauty of this existence.
Watch this process being aware. The watcher becomes watching.
∗ ∗ ∗
Now when you set out to create something, there is no question of self-doubt.
As there is no self, only being is.
The person who had self-doubt has gone beyond the boundaries of good and bad.
No judgment of yourself and the world.
Your living becomes a direct experience. Unthreaded and unfiltered by the thoughts.
The cage of character has been broken by the courage.
The cocoon of self-doubt has shed itself, to sprout the wing of worthiness.
Of beauty, your own reflection seen in this world.
When you are clear, this world is clean.
When you are beautiful, the world beholds the beauty.
You are a mere reflection of your world and your world is a reflection of your inner beauty.
The one who recognises this never looks back towards the shadows of the past and lets it cloud the judgement of the future.
There is no future and there is no past. Its fantasy.
Story on which your mind survives.
There is no present either as there is nothing to anchor on.
The moment passes even before you say “this”.
∗ ∗ ∗
This is the birth of a new man.
Every moment, every time in a blink of an eye.
He looks at the world like an infant opens its eyes for the first time. Every time.
He is innocent and yet brave to try new things.
Without pondering on the circumstances, or fiddling with the thoughts of what others will think.
The veil of self-doubt is taken down, as there is no mind left to doubt.
The self image like a mirage in the summer heat. Disappeared.
Nothing is left of you and nothing is left to lose.
From here on you only gain and give, gain and give, gain and give.
Remain empty.
And yet find new horizons within. As the spirit within guides you.
