Don’t stand in your own way
Humans have become merely a function of society.
They go to work, and come back home tired, often with no energy left to do anything else.
Things that truly matter to them and things that make them unique.
Very few have the zest and courage to peep inside and honour their calling.
Recognising that we are unique is that we were born to give something to the world.
Something that is not yet born, something that is not yet seen.
That is the purpose of our being. That is the service that we can offer to the world.
To give something that is missing and make it complete.
You are the missing part of the puzzle the world is looking for.
But you are busy looking to fit in somewhere else.
Somewhere you were not born to be, something you were not meant to do.
Living the life in borrowed aspiration.
Taking the illusion to be true and completely missing the real thing.

Somewhere deep down we have this urge to create and procreate.
It’s natural for us to look for opportunities to create something new in this existence.
Birth can be the pinnacle of this creation, but it does not have to stop there.
The creative energy that inspires humans to procreate also inspires them to create poetry, art, and innovation in this world.
Pro-creation might have helped us evolve, but creation is revolutionary.
It is the animalistic nature of humans to eat, discrete, pro-create and die.
But a thought beyond animalistic instincts is what makes us human.
The animalistic nature is part of us, not the whole of us.
Like a tree uses all the possible resources to grow and if possible bear fruits, humans are wired to do so in a more intelligent way.
It is natural to seek comfort, a new house, a new car and everything you might desire.
But more natural than that to create something you don’t yet see in the world.
Something only you are capable of as a unique individual.
We all have this calling deep down. Buried in the conditioning of society and grooming we receive from our parents and community.
The conditioning acts like an eye blinder to keep you on track that is decided by someone else for you.
But someday, in some human birth, you will have to recognise the calling.
Sooner or later you have to wake up to the call and pave your path.

The world is full of chaos. Because we perceive it to be chaotic.
Nobody knows what they are doing until they know what they are born for.
It has become a playground for the blame game.
You did this, she did that.
We are so busy trying to fit into the system that blaming someone is a shortcut answer to all our questions.
We blame someone and get busy living in misery.
The misery that is created by our deeds. A pitfall we dig for ourselves not knowing where to step.
A convenience.
For running away from our world and its goals.
Because it is scary.
It is scary to acknowledge that we are born alone and we will die alone.
That the path we are bound to walk is to be walked alone.
Your way is no way.
There is no reference to context for your being and the things that you do.
It is not natural to act against your will.
It’s a gift to act against nature, humans possess. But we often waste this gift on things that are forced on us.
Things that use your whim to make you a slave to the system.
∗ ∗ ∗
The same energy that is used to work against your will can also be used to work for you.
To find out what you are born to do, you have to know and find out who you are.
This is often the most difficult step for many of us.
To be with yourself and know what you are, what you stand for and what you fall for.
For some it takes a split second to recognise this, it is a battle of a lifetime.
As self-enquiry is not a pursuit of accumulation, but a willingness to let go.
Let go of the image you have made of yourself, mimicking others.
The idols and the symbols you follow. Burn them.
Burn it all until only that is true to you prevails.
Leave everything for a while, even thinking.
And what is left of you after that, is yours.
Either deny everything or accept everything. Surrender.
What is yours will stay? Rest will fall apart on its own accord.
As it will lose the anchor of your mind and beliefs.
As it will lose the ground to stand on. The ground of insecurity you were tilling all your life.
∗ ∗ ∗
You get what you ask for.
You reach the source of your being. The true nature that makes you unique.
You not only create uniqueness in the world but also inspire uniqueness in others.
The medium of your expression in this world can be anything. But the message resonates with everybody.
What makes us special is the fact that we are not the same.
Our uniqueness is an occasion to connect.
A dance of ecstasy. Spontaneous and alive.
Every birth holds the potential to bring change in the world.
It is only when you facilitate the change you live to your purpose.
Expect the unexpected.
Through away the rule book you were not born with a user manual.
To look at life a as miracle and every moment to be serendipity, you set aside in your way.
The hurdle is not the world, it is you and nobody else.
With this maturity, you stop blaming the world for what is wrong in your world.
The only thing right is to follow your heart.
∗ ∗ ∗
Follow your heart and pave your own path.
No one else is going to do it for you.
Don’t waste your time and energy on things that are forced.
A person who is dedicated to himself will not hesitate to discard what he has learned and start new.
The true beginning is in unlearning the things the world has seen and done so far.
Think of any greatest mind you can think of and I am sure they have down the same.
They have challenged the status quo and stayed true to their calling.
In the beginning, people might have stone-pelted them and offered them poison to drink.
But sooner or later the world grew ears to listen to what they had to say.
Be yourself because no one wants to be you.
If you have any responsibility, it is to be yourself.
The world will be a better place if people stop behaving like each other, dress the same and talk the same.
Walk when you walk and talk when you talk.
∗ ∗ ∗
You will be stunned to see how much is there to learn about yourself.
It is a surprise to see the world clearly without a lens of conditioning.
When you see, you see. Without attaching any meaning and ifs and buts to it.
New always happens against the overwhelming odds.
And you find your true purpose of being is the beginning of the new world for you.
You will expect the unexpected from you.
It will not only amaze the people around you but also yourself.
This is the miracle you have been waiting for all your life.
The greatest discovery a man can make is self-discovery.
∗ ∗ ∗
If every one of you wakes up to your own being, the world will be less totalitarian and more individualistic.
No one will try to fit others into the sets of beliefs. No one will be angry only because their belief is challenged.
We all co-exist to complement each other.
We exist so that we can find out our place on the planet.
There is no one rule for everyone. There is no one fit for all.
We will have to reject the compartmentalisation and branding ourselves to be so and so of so and so.
It is nothing more than a tool for rulers to rule and tyrants to dictate.
If you drop all the labels, the only matter that would resonate with you would be the vast emptiness within.
Nothing would disturb your peace. No man will turn against another.
To be at peace with yourself is to bring peace to the world.
And the only thing that stands between you and the peace is you.
Don’t stand in your own way, and let the divine see through your eyes and speak through your mouth.
