I travel a lot. Although I intend to publish my travel experience in India, here is my common observation of people I saw during my travels.
Nobody is comfortable with silence. Most of the people who seeked silence within or otherwise, were the first one to break the silence. With songs or endless chatter.
But this lack of silence speaks a lot about design and creating something new. By creating new I mean one which is original, something the world has never seen before.
The originality arises from spontaneity. The very nature of our being. To know this nature, it is paramount for an artist, designer or any creative person to be silent. Watchful.
