After raising 6% in salary last year, Hermès, the world's oldest luxury brand, has announced a Bonus of 4000 Euros for all of its employees.

The Bonus will be credited to the Employees accounts on end of the February 2023 as announced on 17th of February 2023

Hermès has 19,700 employees worldwide out of which 12,400 are employed in France.

Mr Dumas who led the brand reported that the bonus is part of the ‘Value sharing’ Policy of the company.

Hermès has created 2100 new jobs including 1400 in France in the last year of operation. 

With working capital of €4.7 billion, The company has grown 41% in profits from its revenue since 2022.
